Return and Exchange Guidelines

  • Customers are limited to one return or exchange per month.
  • Refunds are applicable to purchases up to $100, excluding shipping costs.
  • For orders exceeding $100, refund approval is at the discretion of Betty Vape.
  • Returns based on personal taste preferences are not eligible.

Return Process

Upon receiving a return or refund request, we typically process it within 1-2 business days. Refunds will only be issued for authorized returns. It is essential to obtain written return authorization from a Betty Vape representative before proceeding with the return. Additionally, we may request feedback regarding the product to facilitate an accurate refund process.

Non-Defective Returns

For non-defective products, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and the item must remain unopened.

Product Inspection

We strongly advise inspecting your order upon receipt. Items that can be verified to be defective must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Store credit is the only option for open products. Any shipping fees that were not covered by the original purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Any request for a return or exchange that does not follow these guidelines may be rejected by Betty Vape.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Even though we work hard to keep your packages safe, once they are verified as delivered, we are unable to guarantee delivery. We can help you if you suspect that your package was stolen or lost. Email us at support@bettyvape.com.

Incorrect Addresses

If packages are returned because of incorrect addresses, are labeled as "unclaimed" or "return to sender," or are not considered deliverable by the carrier, please email us to let us know. Our team responsible for returns will handle the return and provide a refund as soon as we receive the package. Restocking fees of 25% may apply to orders with free shipping.
